Customs authorities mandate that we declare the value of the order on the package, and customs agents can either release or deny the package, which may lead to delays or rejections. Should a customer refuse to pay these additional fees, the package will be returned to us, leading to a refund of the order cost minus any extra shipping charges incurred during return shipping.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $200 AUD in Australia and New Zealand, and over $250 AUD for international orders, automatically applied at checkout using standard post via Australia Post.
